Where are you located?

We are a 100% digital and online service. We receive images via email or through our store and send the results by email. For now, we do not have phisical locations.
I want it, what should I do?

To proceed, please send the 3D ultrasound image of your baby to info@magicbabyphoto.ai. Please include the baby's gender, skin color, and hair color, as these details cannot be extracted from the image. If possible, include a photo of the parents. Remember that the ultrasound should have been taken when the baby was 26 weeks or older, and ensure that the baby's face is not obstructed in the image for the best results. Once we review the image to ensure it is suitable for transformation by our AI, we will send you the details for making the payment. If your image is of good quality, you can upload it directly to the store and make your purchase through it.
How long does the service take?

The time required to create your baby's image is 3 to 5 business days.
How do I know if my ultrasound is suitable for the process?

Send us the ultrasound with your details to info@magicbabyphoto.ai, and we will gladly review it for you.
I have my images printed, how can I send them to you?

Photos of the printed images are sufficient for us. For a good photo, it is important that: 1. The photos are taken in a well-lit environment, but without reflections, glare, or shadows on the paper when capturing the photograph. 2. The image is taken straight on (perpendicular) to the sheet to avoid image distortion.
